Not gonna lie, it about killed my hand ripping these paper one by one; then came the foiling, the wax seals (forgot to include them in the shots) and then the envelope liners. I have a whole new appreciation for all of you who assemble suites. Despite all of that, I enjoyed the process and wish I had more time to do whole projects/suites like these.

Tomorrow I say goodbye to these envelopes. I've posted about how innocent-looking the texture on these are but in reality, they feel like extra fine sandpaper. Many nibs died completing this addressing job.

What this photo does not clearly show is how the texture of that envelope feels like sandpaper. It is a destroyer of nibs and if you pencil in lines, there is a high chance ink would rub off once you start erasing said lines. But we do what we must do.
